PURPOSE: Dispensing equipment for a flip chip is provided which implements a first dispensing, a first degasing, a second dispensing and a second degasing automatically and entirely. CONSTITUTION: A dispensing equipment for a flip chip contains the parts of: at least one dispensing parts(150) wherein an X-Y-Z transfer robot(160), a dispensing head which is placed in the transfer robot and a carrier transfer/placement part(180) which alternatively transfers and places two carriers from the on-off loader are placed; and two on-off loaders(100)(100') which are oppositely placed and wherein an up-down plate(113) and a pusher(115) are included wherein a magazine(11) is built in an elevator. |
