PURPOSE: Rubber composition that substitutes TMTD(Tetramethylthiuram disulfide) being used as a vulcanization accelerator is provided. The rubber composition is safe environmentally, especially does not arise cancer without deteriorating exclusive properties of rubber. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition is characterized by comprising 0.3-5 parts by weight of Zinc Dibenzyl Dithio Carbonate(ZDDC), base on the weight of raw rubber. Further, the rubber composition comprises 5 parts by weight of activator, 2 parts by weight of anti-oxidizing agent, 5 parts by weight of processing oil, 3 parts by weight of anti-aging agent, 50 parts by weight of carbon, 2 parts by weight of stearine acid, and 2 parts by weight of sulfur. |
