PURPOSE: A method of building stairs of a building and precast finishing material and provided to improve previous way of building stairs which is too complicate to apply and make environmentally friendly process by lessening origination of wastes. CONSTITUTION: A method of building stairs of a building and precast finishing material comprises the steps of: supporting a lower form(210) by supporters(230); setting up an upper form which is angle type, has a net type mesh inside, forms irregularities to prevent slip at the front of the upper face and a projection(13) used for mopping at one side, has imbedded nuts(14) at both sides of the upper face and the front face, connected to a side opening form and a wall form by bolts and brackets(15) and finally used to finish the upper and the front face of a stair; pouring concrete into the inside of a stair form(20); curing the concrete; finally disassembling a stair form(20).
