EMERGENCY CALL RECEIVING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method of and an apparatus for receiving an emergency call in a trunk radio system are provided to receive an emergency call when some TRS terminals and channels are in use by using a number of trunks of a distributed control system and a TRS controller controlling the number of trunks. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a TRS controller for controlling all operations of TRS, switching the connection of a communication path call as well as managing the information in connection to a home location resistor which manages the current location and service levels of all mobile terminals subscribed to the TRS. A home channel control unit of trunk radio system is included to manage control channels. A number of free channel control units of a trunk radio system are included to manage a voice signal channel. A main and a spare E1 cards are provided to interface and enable 32 channel signals to be transmitted/received to/from the TRS controller. A number of trunk stations are made of a main and a spare repeater control units for managing and controlling the HCCU, FCCU and E1 card.
