PURPOSE: A multi-domain liquid crystal display device is provided to enlarge the size of region of storage capacitor as well as to realize the multi domain effect by forming a storage electrode in a pixel region. CONSTITUTION: A multi-domain liquid crystal display device includes a first and a second substrates, an electric field distortion conductive layer, a common auxiliary electrode(15), a common electrode, a liquid crystal layer, and a storage electrode. The first and the second substrates are aligned with each other. The electric field distortion conductive layer is formed on the first substrate. The common auxiliary electrode(15) is formed on the same layer of the electric field distortion conductive layer. The common electrode is formed on the second substrate. The liquid crystal layer is formed between the first and the second substrates. The storage electrode is formed on an electric field induction region dividing the liquid crystal layer into, at least, two pieces.
