LCD SOURCE DRIVER

摘要

PURPOSE: A LCD source driver is provided in order that a chip area does not increase almost although the bit number increases as joining the conversion structure having a resistance heat with the conversion structure having a capacitor heat. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of LCD source drive consists of the followings: A digital control to output the digital data after saving an input digital data in interior resister; a multi channel to output the digital data which have been converted to an analog signal, after decoding only a high rank bit that has the digital data to be converted by the resistance heat, which were input from the digital control; a multi shift register to save the digital data of the digital control to each channel according to a latch control signal, after connecting every six channel of the multi channel; and a voltage divider to divide the voltage by only the number of the resistance to the number of the high rank bits for the conversion to the multi channel.
