PURPOSE: A fabric washing apparatus is provided to achieve a simple structure of the apparatus with reduced manufacturing cost and improved effectiveness of washing action. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) comprises a washing tub(9) formed by installing a thick front plate(3), a thick rear plate(4) and side wall plates(5,6) between vertical poles, installing guide rollers(13,14,15,16) using the thick front and rear plates, and welding a section plate(8) inside of the apparatus, a lower washing tub(12) arranged beneath a lower inlet(11), and a steam pipe(17) arranged at a bottom surface of the apparatus. With the apparatus, a complete elimination or removal of dirts of the fabric prior to a dying process can be obtained.
