PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for processing various kinds of vegetable wastes, which crushes vegetable wastes, compresses them and removes water contained in the wastes, thereby remarkably reducing transportation cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a hopper device(100) where vegetable wastes are fed, a vegetable waste pulverizing device(200) composed of a body, at least one or more of axis installed in the body to be parallel with each other, grind blades installed at each axis and rotated in the opposite direction and an operation device, a compression device(300) composed of two rollers rotated in the opposite direction for compressing the pulverized vegetable wastes, a water separation device(400) for separating water content from the compressed waste materials, and a wastewater discharge device(500) for exhausting the divided water. The water separation device is composed of a hydrous water separation conveyor extended to the bottom part of the compression device and at least a couple of compression rollers where the conveyor is passed through.
