SYNCRONIZATION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR USED IN A DECT RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A synchronization device and a method in text mode wireless communication system are provided to perform handover procedure without any disconnection when using DECT(Digital European Cordless Telephone). CONSTITUTION: A DASL(Digital Adapter for Subscriber Loop,10) sends and transmits data between BSI(Base Station Interface) and DBS(DECT Base Station). A data channel synchronizing signal is inputted to data input terminal and a signal channel synchronizing signal is inputted to a clock terminal. The first flip flop(20) generates a synchronous signal having same period with the data channel synchronizing signal. A CPU(30) implies commands to a BMC(Burst Mode Controller,40) when a synchronizing signal from the first flip flop(20) is inputted as an interrupt. A synchronizing signal from the first flip flop(20) and a synchronizing signal from signal channel generates count action and a counter(50) generates signal corresponding to the generated count action. An inverter(60) inverts count signal from the counter(50). A wireless terminal channel synchronizing signal is inputted to data input terminal and the output of the inverter(60) is inputted to a clock terminal, and the second flip flop(70) outputs the result through data output terminal. A reset circuit(80) resets CPU when a distortion of the wireless terminal is detected in accordance with signal level of the second flip flop(70).
