PURPOSE: A second lithium battery is provided to improve the stability of the battery by preventing the short of the battery and prevent the reduction of the capacity of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A secondary lithium battery comprises an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte solution. The cathode material is manufactured by using a lithium metal or a lithium alloy which is a powder. The lithium metal or the lithium alloy powder is sintered or tape-cast to a metal collector. The average diameter of the powder is under seventy micrometer. According to the second lithium battery, the stability of the battery is improved by preventing the short of the battery and the reduction of the capacity of the battery is prevented. |
