PURPOSE: A heating device of a grill pan is provided to heat evenly the bottom of a grill pan by adding the heat and flame occurring from a heating device, thereby getting the meat well done. CONSTITUTION: A replacement plate(10) is equipped at cylindrical main frame(5) for free inflow of outside air and for placing a forge(20) having a burner(B) in upper site. A burner supplying heat and flame to heat accumulating plate(25) in upper site is installed at a forge(15). An inner tube(20) is installed at flange site formed in outer integument of the forge(15). The heat accumulating plate(25) is inserted at running hole(20a) formed in the center of the inner tube(20). A flame injection plate(30) having baking pan(35) inside is installed on upper site of heat accumulating plate(25).
