PURPOSE: A circuit for measuring a time difference among input signals is provided to measure a time difference exactly by expanding the time difference between two signals. CONSTITUTION: In a circuit for measuring a time difference among input signals, a time delay circuit(1) expands the time difference between an input signal and a sampling signal over a sampling signal period using a D-flipflop. An integrating circuit(2) generates a sweep gate signal having a dozens of micro-time bands by integrating the gate signal expanded in the time delay circuit. A comparing circuit(3) compares the output of the integrating circuit with a reference voltage to output a signal for informing that the output of the integrating circuit is over the reference voltage. A counter(4) counts an output time of the signal output from the comparing circuit to output the signal as a time difference information between the input signal and the sampling signal.
