PURPOSE: Light emitting polymers and a display employing the same are provided to achieve reduced operating voltage, various colors, especially blue, and a promptly responsive display. CONSTITUTION: An electro-luminescence display (ELD) is comprised of a substrate, the first electrode on the substrate, a light emitting layer over the first electrode, and the second electrode over the light emitting layer, in which the light emitting layer uses light emitting polymer of formula 1 as a coloring agent (wherein R is hydrogen, C1-C24 alkyl, C1-C24 alkyl having at least one substituent, unsubstituted aromatic group, aromatic group having at least one substituent, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl having at least one substituent, C3-C10 cycloalkenyl, or C3-C10 cycloalkenyl having at least one substituent; and n is an integer of 3-260).
