PURPOSE: A chip sticker for preventing electromagnetic noise and static electricity is provided to enable users to prevent electromagnetic noise and static electricity which might damage chips whenever they are in use or in storage by attaching the chips with stickers. CONSTITUTION: A chip sticker for preventing electromagnetic noise and static electricity includes the following steps. A chip sticker is manufactured with materials which are made to prevent electromagnetic noise or static electricity. The chip may be manufactured with invisible materials or visible materials so as to monitor the numbering of chips. The device enables users to prevent electromagnetic noise or static electricity whenever the chips are in use or in storage by sticking the chips.
