The secure mounting has an insulating tubular support (26) that passes through a slot (24) in the base panel (2), perpendicular to the panel. A fixing pin or screw passes the length of the tube and attaches it to the wall. The outer end of the tube has two arms that lie over the edge of the slot, and have holes in the end to allow these arms to be screwed to the front face (4) of the panel.
