PURPOSE: Method for forming an electrolytic layer of a solid electrolytic condenser is provided to lower the value of Equivalent Series Resistance by reducing the number of porosity formed in a conductive high polymer. CONSTITUTION: In the method for forming an electrolytic layer of a solid electrolytic condenser, a high polymer layer(16) is formed on the surface of an oxidation film(14) by using an electrolytic polymerization of a monomer such as pyrrole, thiophene, furan, aliline, acethylene, etc. A part of the porosities(18) in the high polymer layer(16) are impregnated with the hetero cyclic compound such as polypyrrole, polythiophene polyfuran which are melted by a solvent such as NMP, chlorotorn, aceton, methanol, DMSO at a weight fraction of 30¯95w%. The other part of the porosities(18) in the high polymer layer(16) are impregnated with the conductive high polymer such as polyaniliine, polyacetylene, polyphenylenesulfide, polyphenylenevinylene, polythienylenevinylene, polyisothianaphthen at a weight fraction of 5¯70w%. After impregnation of the solvent, the porosities(18) are removed by the volatilization of the solvent.
