PURPOSE: A device for washing hair which can wash or massage hair and scalp without using hand directly is provided by having automatic water and cleanser feeding part and automatically moving wash-and-massage part. CONSTITUTION: A hair washing device is comprised of: a wash-and-massage part(1) made of soft rubber or synthetic resin, having a size which can cover the top head and multiple projected parts(3)(4); a hard cover(2) installed with the wash-and-massage part(1); a cushion material being inserted between the wash-and-massage part and the hard cover; a hair cleanser container(22) installed in the center of the hard cover(2), being connected to the wash-and-massage part(1) with tube; a water drawing tube(6) having a valve(5) and baffle(7) formed into one pipe structure; an axis center on one side of a worm gear(8) connected with lot(9), and; a moving axis having a bearing(13) operating rod(16) inside, wherein the moving axis(14) is connected to an axis center on one side of the worm gear(8) and the lot(19), and can be inserted into or released from a fixed bar(15).
