PURPOSE: A device for withdrawing vinyl of tape feeder of surface mounter is provided to enable users to easily withdraw vinyl of tape feeder by moving vinyl of the tape to a certain designated area and prevent the vinyl of tape feeder from being mixed with other vinyls. CONSTITUTION: A device for withdrawing vinyl of tape feeder of surface mounter includes the following steps. A cover(30) is equipped with mounting components(63) so as to let them be exposed to outside. A vinyl surface moving method(130) moves the vinyl after removing the vinyl from the tape by pulling the vinyl. A withdraw frame(160) guides the vinyl moving method to the certain designated area where vinyl is layed. The device enables users to prevent vinyl from being mixed with other vinyls and safely withdraw the vinyls.
