PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an aluminum solid electrolyte condenser is provided to wind an aluminum foil directly by coating a conductive polymer material to the aluminum foil. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing an aluminum solid electrolyte condenser includes the first step of forming an aluminum foil(S100). In the second step, the surface of the aluminum foil is etched(S200). In the third step, an oxidized aluminum film is formed on the etched surface of the aluminum foil by applying a voltage to the aluminum foil(S300). In the fourth step, a positive terminal and a negative terminal are formed at the aluminum foil on which oxidized aluminum film is formed, respectively(S400). In the fifth step, the aluminum foil is coated with a conductive polymer material(S500). And, in the sixth step, the aluminum foil is wounded(S600).
