PURPOSE: A radio signal device for a railroad is provided to detect the present contents of a signal device and modulates the information of the signal device and transfer the modulated signal to a train. CONSTITUTION: A radio signal device for a railroad comprises a signal system, an orbit circuit, a plurality of signal devices, a plurality of receivers, and a receiving section. The signal system provides the signal information, which represents the present state of the orbit. The orbit circuit outputs the signal information of the signal system to the orbit. The signal device flashes the red, green, and yellow light according to the signal information through the orbit circuit. The receivers detect the present state of the signal device and transmit the information.
