PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to lengthen useful life of lubricant oil while preventing rapid temperature rise of lubricant oil during a forging process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a metal mold(1) where a lubricant oil circulates, a sedimentation tank(2) installed to the metal mold, a tank(3) wound with a cooling coil(4) and which has a discharge valve(5), the tank being connected to the sedimentation tank, the cooling coil winding the tank is connected to a cooling tower(6) through a pipe, a high frequency device(7) connected to the pipe, and a stirrer(8) installed within the tank for oil-water separation. Thus-obtained lubricant oil is cooled down by the cooling coil connected to the cooling tower and the high frequency device, and such a cooling is performed evenly as a whole since the cooling coil is distributed all over the interior of the tank.
