发明名称 PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF OLEFINIC POLYMERS USING SUPPORTED METALLOCENE CATALYST
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for producing olefin-base polymer is provided for increasing distribution of molecular weight and appearance density by using metallocene catalyst dissolved in aliphatic carbonate solvent to form the carrier catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing olefin-base polymer comprises using the carrier catalyst made by contacting the metallocene catalyst with alkyl aluminoxane held in the carrier having the repeating unit of formula II (wherein m is an integer number of 2 or larger; and R1 represents alkyl group having C1-C20) to polymerize olefine base monomer or this monomer and the comonomer thereof in the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent. The metallocene catalyst includes silicon element and/or alkylene branch having C1-C4 to connect pie-ligand of metallocene of formula I (wherein M is Ti, Zr or Hf; X means halogen or alkyl group having C1-C3; L1 and L2 each represent pie-coupling ligand selected from cyclopenta dienyl, indenyl and the combination thereof and two pie-ligands may be connected with cyclopenta dienyl. indenyl and derivatives thereof. The two ligands is coupling by silicon or alkylene bridge coupling having C1-C4. The alkylene-bridge is substituted by at least one alkyl group having C5-C20.
