SLUDGE INCINERATION SYSTEM COMPRISING CYCLONE INCINERATOR AND DRYER USING WASTE HEAT

PURPOSE: An incineration system is to incinerate a sludge having a high water content of 70 to 80%. CONSTITUTION: A sludge incineration system comprises a sludge storage hopper(10); a screw conveyor(20) for supplying a sludge from the sludge storage hopper(10) to a dryer(30); a cyclone dust collector(40) for separating the sludge dried at the dryer(30) from a drying gas; an air supply chamber(50); a dried sludge incinerator(60); and a drying gas exhausting chimney stack(70) for exhausting the drying gas used to dry the sludge. The sludge is dried and pulverized with a used heat of the incinerator and transferred to the dust collector in the form of fine particles. The dried sludge is pulverized and dried again to enhance the drying efficiency and provide a double-section size for uniform drying effect.
