PURPOSE: A method is provided to prevent waste of washing time period while allowing the preset time for water supply/discharge to be corrected in accordance with real washing condition. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of supplying water to reach a preset water lever in accordance with an amount of cloth to be washed, at a state where an initial water supply/discharge time is preset, and judging whether the water supply has completed at a preset water level, a second step of storing the time of completion of water supply in the first step to an auxiliary memory, a third step of judging whether the frequency of storing to the auxiliary memory in the second step reaches a preset frequency, a fourth step of calculating an average time for the time of completion of water supply stored in the second step, a fifth step of re-presetting the average time calculated in the fourth step as a completion time of water supply, and a sixth step of correcting the remaining washing time with the re-preset time. |
