PURPOSE: A rotary hydraulic shovel is provided, which shortens the length of an oil pipe by changing the adhered position of an operation valve and is easy to repair by contacting an oil pipe to a boom actuator and a rotary motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotary hydraulic shovel equipped with a hydraulic pump (10), a working oil tank (11), a fuel tank (12) and an operation valve (13) comprises the steps of; installing an operation valve (13) diagonally toward the center of rotation from the front or rear of the rotation center; arranging an oil hose (17a)(17b) to an actuator of a boom (5) parallel to the upper surface of a boom (5), thereby preventing from inflating and flowing out to the outside by rotating to the rear of a boom (5) and protecting from an obstacle by contact and improving outward appearance.
