PURPOSE: An automatic return device of buffer-hinge which operates on hydraulic pressure is provided to get a door equipped with buffer-hinge closed very swiftly by elastic force of the spring of a hinge, thereby minimize the damage caused by a fire. CONSTITUTION: An automatic return device of buffer-hinge which operates on hydraulic pressure comprises the steps of: putting a clockwise spiral-shaped projection cam(21) formed to a shaft(20) in a dextrose spiral-shaped guide groove(31) and inserting a guide projection(11) into a counterclockwise spiral-shaped guide groove, thereby a piston(40) goes up and down repeatedly in a cylinder(12) by the rotation of the rotary shaft, which transfers oil through a valve(41) to the upper and lower part of the cylinder(12); inserting the rugged part vertically formed inside the upper body(10) a rotary shaft and the upper part of a supporting pipe(50) into a gyration pipe(10a); inserting a tapering ruled paper projection(61) formed at the bottom of a pressure ring(60) and irregularity to the upper part of a supporting pipe(50); inserting a pressure pin(63) to a connecting ring(62) which joins a rotary pipe(10a) with a rotary shaft(20); installing a coil spring to push a washer(70) installed on a pressure pin(63); installing a bracket(80) to the upper part of a pressure pipe(71); installing an adjustment bolt to the upper part of a rotary shaft to control the elastic force of a coil spring(72); inserting an expanded bracket to a magnet(82); connecting a sensor(84) linked to a control box(83) to a magnet(82).
