PURPOSE: A lift up/down control circuit for an electronic component automatic inserting apparatus is provided to achieve a fast rotational velocity of a lift up/down motor and an exact pulse control as well as setting a magazine at a constant position. CONSTITUTION: A lift up/down control circuit includes one or more of constant voltages(IC6,IC7), smoothing condensers(C7-C13), and voltage regulator diodes(D3,D4). A voltage converting part(80) applies a driving voltage to a system. The first signal converting part(10) is operated according to the driving voltage of the voltage converting part(80) or an external voltage, detects a rotational velocity of a lift up/down motor and converts the rotational velocity into a signal of a predetermined level. A PAL part outputs a program array logic signal to a segment driving part(50), the second signal converting part(20) and a comparison transmitting part(60) according to the signal inputted from the first signal converting part(10). A control signal output part(70) informs the velocity of the lift up/down motor to the PAL part(40) and outputs a lift up signal to a lift motor driving part(100). The second signal converting part(20) outputs a lift down signal to the lift motor driving part(100) according to a reset drive of a reset part(30). The lift motor driving part(100) is connected to the lift up/down motor, operated according to drive of relay switches(CR1,CR2) and displays a current operation condition of the motor.
