PURPOSE: Provided is a sitz bath for fumigating one's anus or genitalia with smokes generated by burning mugwort or sulfur or mugwort steam, which is effective for treating venereal diseases, cancer, leucorrhea, cystitis, hemorrhoids or scrotal eczema. CONSTITUTION: The sitz bath comprises an outer container(2) including a seat rest(8) of which height of outer circumference(10) toward the top opening part is formed to be higher than of outer circumference(12) toward the outside and curved face is formed from the outer circumference toward the top opening part to the outer circumference toward the outside, a side wall(14) with at least one or more of opening part(16) and an opening hollow cylindrical bottom part, a hollow cylindrical burned material leaving rest(24) having a concave top face where at least one or more of air supply holes are formed, an opening bottom part and an opening part formed at the side wall and being taken in and out from the outer container through the opening part or the opening bottom of the container, and a cover(28) forming an airtight space to put the burned material by covering the top face(18) of the leaving rest and having at least one smoke exhaust hole(26). The outer container is composed of 5-15% of Doseok(a mineral containing quartz and sericite needed for making ceramics), 25-35% of yellow soil, 25-35% of clay, 15-25% of elvan, 2.5-7.5% of activated carbon and 2.5-7.5% of mica and baked roughly at about 1000deg.C.
