PURPOSE: A ceramic heat emission apparatus is provided to improve an endurance and a thermal conduction of the ceramic heat emission apparatus by substituting an insulation film for alumina. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic heat emission apparatus includes a fixture(10), the plurality of PTC devices(20), an end plate(30), an insulation film(40) and a pair of locking protrusions(51). The fixture(10) is integrally formed with a locking protrusion(13) of which an outer PTC device(20) is locked to one side surface. The fixture(10) has a body(11) and a wire connection piece protruded from one end of the body(11). The plurality of PTC devices(20) are placed on a bottom surface of the fixture(10). The end plate(30) has a wire connection piece(31) formed at one end thereof and is mounted on an upper surface of the plurality of PTC devices(20). The insulation film(40) is placed between the end plate(30) and a pressure plate(50).
