PURPOSE: A method of sampling Korean vowels and consonants is provided to improve a composite voice by structuring database of pronunciation samples. CONSTITUTION: The method of sampling Korean vowels and consonants includes the first step of inputting a voice(S11). In the second step, the voice is converted into digital data(S12). In the third step, the digital data is classified into three sounds according to Korean orthographic syllable(S13). In the fourth step, data concerning a middle sound among the digital data is deleted(S14). In the fifth step, data concerning an initial sound among the digital data is substituted with a consonant and the data is stored(S15,S16). In the sixth step, after performing the fourth step, data concerning a last sound among the digital data are set by a final consonant of Korean orthographic syllable(S17,S18).
