PURPOSE: A reverse phase transformer ground apparatus is provided to exactly and easily connect a primary side of a reverse phase transformer by detecting whether a power supply line is a cold line. CONSTITUTION: A reverse phase transformer(60) reduce a generation of an electric field. A switching section(50) switches a connection of the first power supply which is applied to hot and cold line connection points of the reverse phase transformer(60). A signal transfer section(20) changes and rectifies an amplitude of a signal which is applied through the switching section(50). A comparator(30) compares the signal from the signal transfer section(20) with a reference value and outputs a signal indicating whether a voltage of a terminal coupled by the switching section(50) is a ground voltage. A display section(40) displays indicating whether a voltage of a terminal coupled by the switching section(50) is a ground voltage. A circuit power supply(10) provides a direct current voltage to the comparator(30) and the display section(40).
