PREPARATION OF HYDROPONIC MORTAR USING OCHER AND SLAG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A preparation of hydroponic mortar using ocher and slag and manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a finished surface smooth by removing harmful elements and preventing occurrence of bubble and crack on the surfaces after the construction. CONSTITUTION: Ocher of 50-60% by weight, from which alien substances are removed by a selector, and hardener of 10-25% by weight are dried in a drier in the temperature of 600°C. The dried ocher and hardener are pulverized by a pulverizer in 40-60 mesh. The pulverized ocher powder is stored in a silo and sand is dried in the drier in the temperature of 600°C. The ocher powder and the dried sand are mixed with an antifoam agent, plaster and resin.
