PURPOSE: A device for activating tape feeder of surface mounter is provided to enable users to easily move the tape by letting the lever which is connected with the upper part of the slider to spin the motor wheel by using a smaller motor so as to make the slider move freely. CONSTITUTION: A device for activating tape feeder of surface mounter is includes the following components. A motor wheel(20) moves the tape(60) which is connected with a activated frame(10) so as to spin. A power converting method(70) converts the spinning movement into a straight line movement of a stamping motor(40). A slider(50) moves by the power supplied by the power converting method(70). The device enables users to reduce the size of tape feeder so as to easily and exactly move the tape by using a smaller motor.
