PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing gas from sewage and waste water is provided, to improve the efficiency of purification. CONSTITUTION: A apparatus comprises a multilayered collision plates (2) which are set at the rotation axis (1) to be rotated; an outer container body (3); and a guide plate (4) which is set in the inner wall of the outer container body (3), wherein the outer container body (3) is formed in the shape of a cone and the diameters of the collision plates (2) correspond to the inner diameter of the outer container body (3) successively. Preferably the outer container body (3) has blocking projections (5) about perpendicular to the rotation direction of the collision plate (2) at the inner wall. The slope angel of the outer container body (3) is 50-85 degree.
