PURPOSE: A gasket structure of internal engine is provided to achieve a perfect sealing effect despite of mechanical deformation or thermal distortion of a cylinder head or a block around a cylinder bore. CONSTITUTION: A gasket structure of internal engine in which a gasket(20) is constituted by a first sealing panel(22), a second sealing panel(24), and a third sealing panel(26), wherein the third sealing panel(22) has along an entire periphery thereof where a convex line groove(28) is formed, segment plates(a, b, c... and so on) having a uniform size. The segments plates(a, b, c...) have height alternately different from each other for reinforcement of resilient force. Thus, the plates(a, b, c) easily change forms according to the deformed or distorted portion of each cylinder block or cylinder head. When a pressure is applied to the groove(28), active and complete sealing effect can be obtained by the segment plates(1, b, c).
