PURPOSE: Disclosed is an apparatus for assembling terminal components of an audio plug capable of reducing a manufacturing cost and of enhancing a workability by automatically assembling individual terminal components of the audio plug after dividing the individual terminal components into contact parts having a large diameter and soldering parts having a small diameter and cutting them. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for assembling terminal components of an audio plug includes contact parts having a large diameter and soldering parts having a small diameter. This apparatus comprises the first component feeder(31a) for the first component having an inserting groove(35a) and constructing the contact parts; the second component feeder(31b) for the second component constructing the soldering parts and being inserted into the inserting groove(35a); guide means(33a,33b) for guiding the first component and the second component supplied from the first component feeder(31a) and the second component feeder(31b); a rotational loading means for supplying the first component and the second component supplied; and means for punching the second component in order to insert the second component into the inserting groove(35a) of the first component.
