PURPOSE: An adjusting device for the height of a roof spoiler is provided to adjust the height of a roof spoiler to the height of loaded cargoes. CONSTITUTION: A height adjusting device for a roof spoiler comprises a hinge rotatively connecting a roof and the end of a roof spoiler(40); a bending portion(60) made of a flexible material in both sides of the roof spoiler; a guide rail(70) slidably attached to the roof spoiler with many stopper grooves(71) and guide grooves(72); an operating lever(80) having a head portion(81) inserted into the guide groove and a stopper protrusion(82) selectively inserted into the stopper groove; and a linkage bar(90) rotatively installed in the lower end of the bending portion and connected to the operating lever. The hinge consists of a supporting bracket attached to the upper end of the roof; a hinge bracket(52) inserted into the supporting bracket in both ends of the roof spoiler; and a bolt and a nut rotatively connecting each bracket.
