PURPOSE: An airflow rectifying device of an elastic yarn manufacturing machine is provided which is able to prevent the yarn from being twisted or tangled by spraying air constantly and minimize the rate of inferior goods and secure installation space by miniaturing the volume of machine. CONSTITUTION: A airflow rectifying device of an elastic yarn manufacturing machine comprises: (i) a first pressure chamber(200) which is installed on an outer wall of a second pressure chamber(100) positioned on the upper end of a heat treating pipe(2) and has a planar shape of a large entrance and a getting smaller exit; (ii) a first air rectifying plate(210) which is formed on an inner wall of the first pressure chamber(20) with certain space; and (iii) a streamline shape guiding frame(300) which controls rear flow of the rectified air, which has passed through the first pressure chamber(200), the first air rectifying plate(210), the second pressure chamber(100) and a second air rectifying system(4000), when it is put into the inside of the heat treating pipe(2). |
