PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling gearshift pattern switching in automatic transmission is provided to allow a driver to obtain a rapid and suitable numerical value for determination to assist the driver to judge the vehicle operation state when returned from a manual gearshift to an automatic gearshift. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises units(1, 2) for judging the travel state of vehicle according to a vehicle operation information, a first filtering member(5) for filtering the travel state and vehicle operation information, a unit(4) for storing operation information when the vehicle is operated under manual gearshift, a second filtering member(6) for filtering operation information under manual gearshift, judged result of a travel state judging unit, and operation information, and a correction member(7) for correcting gearshift pattern of an automatic transmission(9) in accordance with output signals of filtering members(5, 6). The correction member(7) corrects the gearshift pattern by reflecting an output signal of the second filtering member upon switching from a manual gearshift to an automatic gearshift. |
