PURPOSE: A hybrid switched reluctance motor is provided to easily manufacture the motor and reduce the manufacturing cost of the motor by substituting a permanent magnet with a DC energizing winding. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid switched reluctance motor comprises a secondary core(7), a primary core(5), upper windings(9,10), and a DC energizing winding(3). The secondary core(7) forms a substrate, and a plurality of teeth(11) is formed in the secondary core(7). A plurality of teeth(17,19,21,23) which correspond to the teeth(11) is horizontally formed in the first core(5). The upper windings(9,10) are wound in the primary core(5). The DC energizing winding(3) passes through the winding portion(15). The DC energizing winding(3) is wound on the body(13) of the primary core(5).
