PURPOSE: A device for transmitting forward for mobile communication systems is provided to prevent assigning a channel of three base stations by a mobile station for hand-off although a coverage of three cell sites approach in an overlapped area, and supply transmitting diversity of a base station by one chip or more of delayed forward delay signal, by occupying only a two-way communication link by the mobile station having a maximum 3-way of communication link for hand-off. CONSTITUTION: A device for transmitting forward for a mobile communication system, comprises a delayer(800), mixers(815,820) and a transmitter. The delayer(800) delays a forward delay signal for a fixed time. The transmitter transmits the forward communication signal from the mixers. The mixers(815,820) mix the forward delay signal and a delay signal from the delayer, having an oscillating circuit(870), a first/second mixer(816,820), an Intermediate Frequency(IF) filter(816), an attenuator(817) and a surface elastic wave filter(819). The oscillating circuit(870) generates fixed frequency signals. The first mixer(815) first mixes the frequency signal and the forward calling signal. The IF filter(816) detects a low frequency signal among signals from the first mixer. The attenuator(817) oscillates the low frequency signal. The surface elastic wave filter(819) delays an oscillation signal from the oscillator. The second mixer(820) generates the delay signal by mixing a signal from the surface elastic wave filter and the frequency signal again.
