PURPOSE: A recycling device for organic solvent once used for cleaning or removing oil or stain on a product which can minimize the wastes but maximize the recycle or regeneration capability is provided by heating the used cleaning solvent to its boiling point and reheating it to higher temperature so to be condensed on condensing coil. CONSTITUTION: An organic solvent recycling device, which is comprised of a casing forming a solvent chamber(2), a heater(4) installed in the solvent chamber(2), a condenser(5) installed upper part of the casing, and solvent separating device connected to the condenser(5), further includes, characteristically, an evaporator installed in the casing, and a cooler installed to the upper part of the condenser(5) in order to conduct primary heating once used cleaning solvent in the solvent chamber(2) and secondary heating in the evaporator, and to be condensed.
