METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LEARNING-PURPOSE CERAMIC WHITEWARE AND METHOD OF UTILIZING SUCH WHITEWARE

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing learning-purpose ceramic whiteware and a method of utilizing such whiteware are provided to achieve improved learning effect and simplified manufacturing process while allowing a repeated coloring at a surface of the porcelain. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing learning-purpose ceramic whiteware comprises the steps of dividing the porcelain and molding each prototype(210) of the divided portion using a clay or a plaster; manufacturing a case(350) to have a cavity(315) and an injection port(311) for each prototype; injecting a mixture containing water and porcelain into the cavity of the case through the injection port; depositing the mixture onto an inner periphery of the case and rotating the case so as to discharge the residual mixture; removing the case when the mold body(400) formed by the mixture in the case is hardened to a predetermined hardness; bonding each mold body into a single body; drying the single body; heating the dried body during a predetermined time period to obtain plasticity; and cooling down the body having a plasticity.
