PURPOSE: Flux cleaner unit for semiconductor manufacturing providing a simple structure, low cost and effectively clean the flux sticked to the semiconductor lead frame. CONSTITUTION: Flux cleaner unit for semiconductor manufacturing comprises a head(12) hanging a holder(15) which fixable a magazine(MZ) received a semiconductor lead frame, is mounted on the upper side of the stand base; the holder(14) is driving by a motor(16), a cleaning tank(10) is placed in direct below of the head(12); The motor(16) is utilizing double winding AC motor having two of excitation coil(L1, L2) for a normal and a reversed rotating rotator(RT), the rotating direction of the AC motor(16) are normal-reverse shifting in a constant period by micro computer(24), a motor controller(20) is control the rotating speed.
