PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent contaminants from being inserted between a liquid crystal display panel and a dispersion plate in order to increase the fidelity of the device. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes a bottom chassis(110), a lamp assembly(120), an optical dispersion plate(130), and a liquid crystal display panel(150). The bottom chassis(110) is coupled with a mold frame so as to form a container region. The lamp assembly(120) is implemented on the bottom surface of the bottom chassis so as to emit light. The optical dispersion plate(130) is implemented on the upper portion of the lamp assembly so as to disperse light uniformly. The liquid crystal display panel(150) is implemented on the upper portion of the disperse plate so as to form and display an image. An adhesive material is applied on the upper surface of the dispersion plate so as to prevent contaminants from being inserted between the liquid crystal display panel and the dispersion plate.
