PURPOSE: A splitter of an asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) system is provided to separate voice data signals from digital signals when high band-width information is transmitted to households or small-sized businesses through existing telephone lines. CONSTITUTION: An asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) system comprises a network connector, many ADSL transceiver unit and central office ends (ATU-Cs), splitters, an ADSL transceiver unit and a remote terminal end (ATU-R), and a premises distribution network (PDN). The ATU-Cs changes ADSL signals into many types appropriate for application fields. One of the splitters is connected to the ATU-Cs and a public switched telephone network. The other splitter is connected to a phone and the ATU-R through a loop. The ATU-R changes the ADSL signals into the types appropriate for application fields. The PDN connects the ATU-R with a service module. The splitter connected to the phone and the ATU-R has a chalk coil. The chalk coil intercepts a noise signal incoming to an input terminal. The splitter has a tree-step filter winding coils on inductors (L2,L2A) between capacitors (C1,C2) connected with a back end of the chalk coil in parallel. The filter winds coils on inductors (L4,L4A) between capacitors (C2,C3), and winds coils on inductors (L6,L6A) between capacitors (C3,C4).
