PURPOSE: A method of controlling an anti-rock break system is provided to improve the breaking performance of a vehicle by deciding the quantity of the raising pressure mode early on a basis for the number of the decompression indicating degree of change of breaking pressure for arriving in the optimum breaking pressure in short time. CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling an anti-rock break system comprises : a step of calculating the velocity of wheels, the velocity of a body, the ratio of slip, and the acceleration of a body (21) ; a step of deciding the raising pressure control mode (24) ; a step of deciding whether a road surface is a high frictional road surface or not (25) ; a step of calculating the number of the raising pressure after deciding the quantity of the raising pressure in the early raising pressure mode on a basis for the number of the decompression on being decided into a high frictional road surface (28) ; a step of working a control of the raising pressure by the quantity of the raising pressure until the number of the raising pressure is zero (32).
