PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to accomplish improvement enabling a forging material to be processed and transported with ease and accuracy while allowing the material supplied to a forging press to be clamped for a processing and the processed material to be transported by a transport member. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises guide rails(2) arranged onto a base body(1), one rail having a pair of sliders(4,401) installed to be movable and which have material supply bars(5,501), respectively, the material supply bars being provided with plural clampers(6,601), the sliders having ends provided with links(8) connected to an elevating member(10) installed to an elevating ram(9), the other guide rail having material supply bars installed to be horizontally movable, the material supply bars having at end portions thereof a rotating member which is connected to be rotatable to an elevating rod which is installed at a side of the elevating ram.
