Jaw implant for accommodatino and fixture of artificial teeth or a prosthetic upper construction comprises a disk-shaped, ring-type foot part (2) insertable basally in the upper or lower jaw. A shaft (1) is orthogonally aligned to the foot part and has an end side abutment or an outer thread for fixture of an abutment. The shaft via a rib (6).
