PURPOSE: An IC card having high performance and high productivity by superposing sheets on, is provided which coiled patterns are printed to from an antenna coil. CONSTITUTION: An antenna unit 1 is formed by superposing coil sheets 11 on which coils L are printed, and the coil L is connected to the adjacent coil L via a through hole to form an antenna coil 12. The unit 1 has a component mounting hole 1a for mounting an electronic component 4. The both surfaces of the unit 1 are covered with sheets 2, 3 on which prints are executed. The component 4 detects a radio wave received from an exterior to obtain power and data, and transmits data. It is mounted on the sheet 3 in the state mounted on a board, and connected to the coil 12. Thus, alignment of the sheet 11 and alignment of the unit 1 and the sheets 2, 3 are easily executed, and hence continuous production can be performed.
